General Information

• How can my friends and family members join the Ipsos Consumer Panel of Canada?

  If you have friends and family who are interested in joining the Ipsos Consumer Panel of Canada, please email me at anne.lambert@ipsos.com.

• What do you do with the survey information I provide?

  We compile all of the results and provide your feedback to some of the largest companies in the world. Your voice is heard by changing the way manufacturers create their products. These changes and many others, are direct results of input received from market research.

• Does it cost anything to join?

  Absolutely not! We never charge any fees for being a member of our team. We even pay for postage on all of our studies. Ipsos Reid's Consumer Panel of Canada will never try to sell you anything and we would never ask you to send us money or ask for any type of payment. We also pledge to never compromise the integrity of our relationship with you by trying to sell you anything. Our panel members are very important to us.

• How do I know if I have won a prize draw?

  If you are the winner of a draw, you will be sent a Declaration and Release Form by mail or email. To redeem your prize, complete the skill testing question, sign the form and return it in the postage paid envelope provided. Visit our Winners Page to see some of our lucky winners.

Direct Mail Study

• What happens to the mail after the study is completed?

  All mail is shredded and recycled after we are done with it.

• Do I need to send in my statements?

  While we do ask that you send in your statements, we would never want to make you do something that makes you feel uncomfortable. If you want, you can blackout your personal information on these statements or not include them at all.
